Film Synopsis
A rat named Remy dreams of becoming a great chef despite his family's objections, and the obvious problem of being a rat in a decidedly rodent-phobic, human profession.
Swept into the sewers of Paris, Remy finds himself ideally situated beneath a restaurant made famous by his culinary hero, Auguste Gusteau.
Partnering with clumsy “garbage boy” Linguini, Remy's passion for cooking sets in motion a hilarious adventure that turns the world of Paris cuisine upside down!

CONDUCTOR BIO
Sarah Hicks is the Principal Conductor of the Minnesota Orchestra’s Live at Orchestra Hall performance series, recognised for her versatility as a musician, arranger, and producer.
A highly sought-after guest conductor, Hicks regularly collaborates with ensembles including the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, LA Philharmonic, and Tokyo Philharmonic, among many others. She has worked with stars such as Smokey Robinson, Jennifer Hudson, and Sting.
A specialist in film music and the live-to-picture concert format, since 2019, she has acted as an advisor on numerous projects for Disney Music Group and is a consultant and frequent collaborator at Disney Concerts.
